HOW WE WORK

CCE Services focuses on excellent cooperation with a large network of experienced partners and thus can offer cost effective conference and corporate event solutions to our clients. Key staff from the CCE team act as your main contact.

 

Our number one priority is delivering the best events to meet our clients’ needs. Before we get started we listen to our client. We want to understand our clients’ goals and requirements because we believe that one size does not fit all. We deliver a detailed project plan and budget that is agreed by both parties before work is started.

 

We develop tailor made solutions for corporate and academic clients, provide transparent services at fair prices and aim to build long-term collaborations and partnerships both with clients and suppliers.

 

We are at our clients’ service and believe that trust is not won, but earned though great communication, hard work and good project management. When doing our work we take small steps and accompany our clients along the organizational process and deliver them the best event for their stakeholders.

NICOLE HAUSMANN

Nicole founded CCE Service in 2015 with over 17 years of conference management experience. She has delivered conferences ranging from large medical conferences with up to 15’000 participants to small tailored events for healthcare professionals including many world leading medical experts to meetings for the senior leaders from the pharmaceutical industry. She believes that great events are delivered by attention to the small things to ensure a flawless event. It is by her personal commitment she can provide the best service to her customers building, strong and long-term partnership.
Her hobbies are travelling, reading, handy craft and music.

Project Manager

NATHALIE BRIDEL

Speaks fluent French, English and German
Nathalie has long-term experience with medical associations and managed conferences with more than 15’000 participants. Challenging locations like Palestine and many other make her a true expert for out of the box solutions. She is a dynamic person that even in most hectic situations keeps her professionalism and humour.
She has 4 children and her hobbies are sports and singing.

Event and Communications Manager

CELINE HEUBERGER

Speaks fluent German, French, English and Italian
Céline has more than 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry as exhibition and sponsoring manager for a PCO, as senior congress manager for a large pharmaceutical company as well as conference and events director for a major Swiss conference venue. She has a deep knowledge of both corporate event management as well as medical conference organization. She is a trained communication and social media manager and will ensure that your event respects corporate governance and gets the attention it deserves. Céline is a loving mother of two little boys, globetrotter, gourmet and yoga enthusiast.

Association and Finance Manager

CHANTAL MOLINARI

Speaks fluent German and English
Chantal has gained a wide range of experience as Junior Portfolio manager in the Private Banking sector, worked as a ‘large clients consultant’ and as managing director of a local bank she can supply clients with sound financial consulting regarding their meeting budgets. Her organizational skill and humour make her a perfect asset for any event.
She is mother of three children and she gives some of her free time to a charity. She also acts as legal guardian and her hobbies are writing and reading.

IT & Registrations Manager

BEAT TRACHSLER

Speaks fluent German and English

Beat is a professional IT and business engineer and has more than 15 years of experience with conference software. He has built several systems for participant registration, hotel booking and abstract submission used for events up to 25’000 participants. He can easily programme individual tools and interfaces for clients and provide professional consulting for any IT solution.

As a volunteer he organizes several sport events, camps and trainings for mentally handicapped persons. He is father of one child and his hobby is skiing.
